I meant to write this review a month ago and life got busy, but I literally had a reminder to myself daily about how I needed to write this review. Steven was hands down the most honest locksmith I have ever dealt with. I stupidly locked myself out of my car with the spare inside. Long story. It was a hot day and I was in parking lot with no options but to call and get help from a professional. My husband was out of town and I was driving his truck. I contacted Steven at Golden Lock and Key about rekeying our doors. He was very professional and friendly on the phone, and gave a precise figure for what the rekeying would cost (which was very reasonable), and scheduled a visit the following morning. We ended up having to cancel our appointment with him, but will definitely be calling him the next time we need service.

Called Stephen late morning on a Friday with a somewhat urgent request to have our office door rekeyed. Stephen squeezed us in between appointments. He showed up within the proposed time and was super quick with our door. He was personable and very friendly. His prices were fair and reasonable. Definitely call Stephen and Golden Lock for ALL your lock and key needs.
