Working with Anna at the Evergreen Rolfing & Movement Studio has been such a positive for my body and wellbeing. In the very beginning I was a bit skeptical. But after several Rolfing and GyroTonic Sessions I can't thank Anna enough for the work she has done in improving my lifestyle. Her vast knowledge and complete understanding of the human body will convince you that you do have possibilities, you don't have to live with chronic pain and discomfort. Her expertise has allowed me to live much more comfortably again in my body with increased range of motion and flexibility with greatly reduced or no pain or discomfort. Highly recommend Anna and the Evergreen Rolfing & Movement Studio! Get in there and regain your wellness and vitality. 2 thumbs up!
