I have been training with Margaret at Ethos via the virtual training platform for about six months and highly recommend the program. Margaret customized my program to meet me where I was at in the beginning. I first started training at Ethos in 2015, at the time I had never been one to like working out or felt comfortable with weights or conditioning. Over time I watched myself get stronger more confident and enjoy the process of custom training plans that targeted my specific goals.Fast forward to the past 6 months it’s been a complete blessing to start again after surgery & injury to regain the parts of my strength that I thought were lost.No matter what level you are at the team at Ethos will find a way to bring out your best - getting you past physical and psychological challenges so you can exceed your goals.
