I am a groomer and stopped in to pick the brain of the owner of a salon with rave reviews within distance of my Airbnb. Sara was extremely accommodating and kind as I questioned what she attributed her success to. As she worked she answered many of my questions and handled the pet on her table with extreme care and gentleness. I made the comment that her pet on the table looked phenomenal! As He did. She shared generously her thoughts on what has attributed to her longevity and success in this unique industry and offered a wealth of knowledge to me, a fellow grooming salon owner in Knoxville, Tn. She appeared to have happy, hard working and skilled employees and her demeanor reminded me that even 25 years from now I can still be effective and contribute in this industry with a pleasant and kind demeanor. I am so thankful for her taking the time to speak with me and I would highly recommend this salon to anyone in the area or visiting on vacation! This woman knows her craft and loves it! There is an important balance one must acquire between providing skilled, consistent and gentle services to pets during the grooming process and also providing a safe, clean and joyful workspace for your employees, it appears that Sara has mastered this, for 40 years no less. Sarah and her team did an amazing job on my pup Walley. They listened and answered all my questions, and I had a few as a new dog mom.
Best place ever! Sara and Michelle are rock stars. I take my big boy for grooming, the little princess for nail trims. They pay attention to detail and treat my pups like their own. I am sooo happy I found them! 5 star place for sure!
