I was scheduled for a virtual session and confirmed the appointment one day prior when I was called. I joined the session 15 minutes early as instructed and sat for 40 minutes without anyone joining the session. I called the clinic and asked why nobody joined and was told "they must be running behind". I received a phone call an hour after the scheduled session during which time I asked why nobody was able to call me to let me know that we needed to either reschedule for a different day or push forward the time for the session but they didn't have any reason why. I rearranged my work schedule to ensure I was on time for the session.

The worst experience of my life took me to that clinic today, I just left there, I wanted to make an appointment for my two children that I wanted to take them there and the 3 girls who are treating them looked at each other's faces and because they were talking about Their diet they did not attend to me, they should fire the 3 people so they should not work in a clinic and when I told them that I was no longer going to make the appointment they started laughing with each other I hope the person in charge sees my comment and takes action on the matter For that reason, Estella's does not have this clinic. I will not hesitate to change my other son from this clinic.
