I cannot express enough my gratitude for Westmed. Dr. Entienne takes time to listen, and in addition to providing excellent advice, he did so compassionately. I have never felt rushed. In my experience with the staff at the front desk, they have always been friendly, professional, and efficient. I have never had a problem getting through to speak with a person and they return calls promptly.
I have been going to West med in Westminster off Pecos Street and see Dr. Cavanaugh. I've been seeing Dr. Cavanaugh for over 15 years and love all the doctors there and the staff never had a problem with doctors or staff have only waited five minutes after checking in add taken into the examining room and maybe another five minutes to see the doctor. Of course unless there was an emergency that day I may have hadadd taken into the examining room and maybe another five minutes to see the doctor. Of course unless there was an emergency that day I may have had to wait 20 minutes.
This is a nice little office and the staff is always fairly friendly. I only had one bad experience with a Nurse, but I never saw her again after that. All my vaccinations and check ups were comfortable and quick. Mrs. Brewington is a kind and caring Physician, I will continue to go here as long as I'm residing in Colorado.
