This location is amazing. I went to another location and not only did I wait for 2 hours, but the woman completely destroyed my hair. It was like a toddler went after me with scissors. I called this location to see if I could get it fixed. The Manager kindly explained to me that they don't normally do that since they are franchises, but would make an exception. Not only did she fix my hair but it was the best haircut I have had in a while. My wife was impressed when she saw me. I will 100% be going to this location from now on. Thank you Monique.
Rebecca has perfected her craft! I got in and out of the chair in eight minutes flat! The quality was nothing less than flawless. Excellent customer service skills. I was extremely impressed. I'll be back for her!
I’ve been to many different corporate owned hair cutting businesses, including other sports clips, and this is by far the best. Originally, I returned because of Ana, but Rebecca, Michelle, and all the other stylists that work there have all been amazing and do a great job. I leave feeling refreshed and with a smile on my face every time.
