Let’s begin by saying that our journey did start off a little bumpy because our point of contact was originally slow to get us the bid to start work. That said, our repair job was a small strip of gutter during a season where lots of people were getting entire roofs replaced due to hail, so we were definitely small fish in comparison. Nonetheless, it was frustrating to follow up a few times and still not receive a bid. Once it came to the attention of the main office that the project manager was overwhelmed and not able to get back to us in a timely manner, the main office took on being the main contact and ensured the work got done shortly thereafter.

The new roof looks great! Very professional and safety conscious. Responsive and easy to work with. Our roof took a day and a half, and they completely cleaned up the yard for overnight. They put protective tents over shrubbery that was close to the house. We definitely recommend them.
The process from start to finish was so pleasant. Office staff and work crew alike were so helpful and efficient. They communicated well and took great care to do a fantastic job on our roof. Even the financing process was seamless and easy. Highly recommend RoofTec.
