“I only went once because that's all it took! I had a horrible catch in my neck (for months) and shoulder pain, but an adjustment from Dr. K got the catch out. I appreciated tremendously that he walked me through what he was going to try before doing it and the reasoning behind it, as neck adjustments are a bit intimidating by their nature. I also left with several physical therapy exercises to perform for my neck/back/shoulder that have helped greatly. “So I found this place looking for someone who did spinal decompression..yep traction because I know that is what I need for my spinal stenosis to relieve the pressure. Pleasantly surprised that they do a huge array of services from decompression to chiropractic adjustments, lidocaine shots for muscle tension and pain, prp, peptides, weight loss and more. I get an adjustment and lidocaine shots along with my decompression. My back pain has gone from a daily 8 to only having mile pain maybe one day a week when I really stress my body. I have had some.
