I bought a shoulder harness for my dog from Orthopets. The velcro was so strong I could barely undo it. On days it was cold and windy outside it was impossible- to tolerate 8-10 mimutes of wrestling with the strongest velcro I've ever experienced. I called the company to talk to them and they never really bothered to call me back. And I gave up and pretty much wasted my money as I don't use it for my dog bc it takes 10 minutes to wrestle the velcro. Disappointed.
ORTHOPETS is amazing! My 5 year golden had a ccl tear and the best option for her was a brace. Our experience has been nothing but positive! Thank you to the team at ORTHOPETS for much support and great communication in getting her back to doing all the things she loves!!!
Update to original review: Heard back from OrthoPets before they even opened on Monday. They were very apologetic that the cord had snapped already and mentioned this can happen a lot faster with dogs that need significant tension to keep their feet up as Austin did initially, luckily he's improved since then! They sent me a couple of replacement cords, that way I can change them as soon as they look frayed. It was a great response from the company!Before we got him the Toe-Ups Austin was having major issues with scraping his paws, now that he can place his feet properly and not knuckle over those injuries have been healing up.
