I have been happy with Dr. Lorree for years and like to keep my business local. So, I ordered frames/lens from FVC. Unfortunately, the prescription was off. With everything ordered, I thought for sure I'd have to shell out for a whole new pair. But then, something amazing happened. I reached out to Daniel, expecting the worst. Instead, I was greeted by the most friendly and helpful representative I've encountered in ages. He listened and worked to ensure the lens were correct and - get this - offered to replace the lens without question. No blame game, no hassles, just a simple, "We're here to help." I was floored.
