Jorge Lovatos came out and was able to determine where the builders bad initial install was causing the water leak. Because of this I don't have to pay any deductible and it will be covered by the builder! Definitely recommend.

Man these folks are AMAZING!!! They were timely, professional, and overall did outstanding work!! Chris was helping me out whole the time and he really knew his stuff. He made the process start to finish immensely easy and made sure to go over everything with me so I understood the whole process which was really great of him to do considering I had never done anything with my roof repairs before. Chris also was able to help select the best options for my roof and would even show samples of some ideas to pick my brain with. I had an excellent experience working with New Era and their team, specifically Chris. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, efficient, and communicative. Chris walked me through the entire process and made sure all of my questions were answered. The installation went smoothly and I am thrilled with the results. My monthly energy bills have significantly decreased and I feel good about investing in renewable energy. I highly recommend New Era!
