An expert in her field, a professional, an athletic trainer, an amazing person, and a subtle but highly effective motivator and teacher only scratch the surface of who she is and what her skillset to improve your performance and wellness includes. Her personal attention and care make you feel like you are visiting an old friend to work out together and catch up, rather than going to a gym to suffer. Kelly Performance and Wellness is one of a kind and the only gym I've ever looked forward to going to!
One of the kindest things I've ever done for myself is taking the dive to do personal training with Kelly. She's very wholistic, optimistic, and flexible. We're on our way to getting me pain free, balanced, and functionally fit! ?
