Dr. Adam is amazing and so personable. Helped me feel comfortable and really listens to you. Explained everything in good detail and gave me good home stretches and tips to help me to improve of my physical ability. He goes above and beyond and also treats my family. We have been going to Dr. Adam for over 10+ years. proud to be able to call him Dr, friend and chiro family.
Cannot recommend Adam and his practice enough. Not only does he heal the body but also helps the mind body and soul. I first came across Adam after a car accident that had me in a bad place not only physically but mentally. Adam not only has helped with healing my back but also helped me with my depression I found myself in after the accident I was in. He in a rare genuine and caring person that are hard to come across now a days. I have been letting everyone I know who needs chiropractor need or back pain about this outstanding healer. I’ve been seeing Dr. Helie for several years. He’s helped me in so many ways; from sports injuries to car accidents, and my monthly adjustments. He not only adjusts me but also gives me stretches and strength exercises to help improve in overall health. I would high recommend him, 10 out of 10!
