Sheri has been so wonderful! I started getting laser hair removal from another company who shut their doors without refunding me for any of my unused sessions (several hundred dollars of investment). I was looking for a place to continue my treatments and Sheri was kind and gracious. Her business is a million times more clean and professional than the last place, and the treatments are so much more effective than the last place, too! Of course, laser hair removal does not work over night, so I am appreciative that Sheri works patiently with me to add sessions as needed. It is also not pain-free, but she is kind, gentle, and conscientious of that, using cold packs and giving advice to make it as painless as possible. Sheri shared with me that she got into the business to help people gain their confidence after hair troubles: I have had painful itchiness from shaving and ingrown hairs for years to the extent I have not worn shorts or skirts in over a decade.
