“After consulting a different roofing company and receiving an outrageous estimate for general maintenance of our 20+ year old roof, I consulted Kape Roofing in May 2023 for a second opinion. They did a complete inspection of our roof which was in excellent condition and only needed one maintenance item (20% of the cost of the original estimate).
