I always get "decent" haircuts at Great Clips. This time, the haircut was great - thanks to Jaclyn!

Its a good clean place friendly staff the only disappointment I had was that my son's hair cuts came out uneven missed long hairs around their ears and all over the sides other than that it was a nice place

My husband brought our kiddo in for a “first day of school” cut at a different location and walked out with what can only be described as a shaggy mullet. Very unfortunate.I contacted this Great Clips location to get this crazy looking cut fixed, thinking it was the same location where we got the shag-mullet, but quickly realized I was at the wrong location.No worries! Jordan fit us in, transformed our little shag-man into a dapper-dude AND gave us a refund for the trouble. AND she was so nice (even made another customer’s day by remembering her name when she walked in the door..)!Good customer service is hard to come by.
