I wanted to upgrade to a high energy furnace. I called Efficient Comfort expecting an annoying, interminable menu. Instead, Lillian answered the phone and she couldn't have been nicer. She sent me Dan who went through, under and outside my house, all the while explaining exactly what needed to be done. He emailed me a bid the same day. Two weeks later, Dan returned, along with the installation crew, Ruben and his assistant. Dan showed them what went where in, outside and in the crawl space under my house. I called 6 different firms looking to get our old cast iron boiler replaced. Josh and co did a thorough walk through. I became educated that our existing boiler was too large and that I didn't need to upgrade to a high efficiency one (tradeoffs between efficiency/cost/longevity). Efficient Comfort came back with one of the better bids and I valued the fact that Josh did the exercise of making sure to calculate how much floor board heating we had to right size the boiler. Jake and Tony installed our new AC unit with skill and professionalism. Their attention to detail, work ethic, expertise, and communication were refreshing and greatly appreciated. The plan Josh devised saved us a lot of money and provided excellent top-quality equipment. The job was completed quickly and the site was left spotless.
