I am a Real Estate Agent and an investor, I have used both Climax Roofing and Arvada Painting on several of my projects over the past 6 years and have been very impressed with both the integrity of Eddie Picciano and his commitment to good service. I even had him do my own house and it is one of the finest jobs I have seen. He does what he tells you he will do, does it on time, and does it well. I first called Eddie and Climax roofing 7-8 years ago after a severe hail storm and I needed a contractor who seemed reliable. Eddie came out quickly and surveyed the roof and pointed out multiple areas of damage on the roof on the roof and gutters. He handled working with the insurance company directly and he also went to bat for me with the insurance adjustor about the broken frame on a second story window. The adjustor tried to say it was broken from a rock from the lawn mower even though it was a window above my garage over a paved driveway. I worked with Climax Roofing on a hail damage claim on my house. I needed a new roof, new gutters, and a couple new windows among other things. They took care of all communications with the insurance company, contractors, and city officials. It was very helpful having him on my side, someone with so much experience dealing with all facets of the project. He knew what to do every step of the way. The cost was very reasonable, and we are very pleased with the outcome. I mostly worked with Eddie. He was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all my questions. I appreciate how flexible he was and willing to work with me on some unique situations. He was good at relating details, and I felt like I always knew what was going on. It's so valuable having a trusted contractor. I would definitely recommend Climax Roofing to others and will be calling Eddie for my next project.
