Sue and Steve helped me with a simple matter when I was in Nebraska and I was too far away to find out what was going on at a property in Colorado. It was a simple case, but the distance made it impossible for me to check on the situation every few days myself. They provided me with the information I needed in a timely manner, and because of their investigation I did find out what was going on and was able to fix the problem.

We needed their help to identify what tenants were doing after many complaints about them. They were able to provide report of the criminal drug related activity that was occurring at our property and which allowed us to get them evicted along with guiding us with steps to take to get the very aggressive and dangerous tenant to finally move out. Through the entire ordeal they were able to also guide us to make sure we are safe and gather evidence that could be passed to law enforcement agencies. We are grateful for their work.
