The team here is great and I wanted to specifically shout out Dr Knerr. My dog was hit by a car two weeks ago and it was a very traumatic experience for the both of us. I called Church Ranch right after it happened and told them I was coming in. A group of staff was waiting at the door for us with all equipment ready for the worst case scenario. I was an absolute wreck but they immediately took us both in and started giving care to my pup. They put me in a waiting room and Dr Knerr came in within minutes to let me know what was going to happen that that my pup was stable and will be ok. So grateful to your clinic. We came in from Texas on the road to Estes Park. Yall fit us in when she was in pain within 2 hours. Thanks to you she had the pain meds she needed, and she was able to enjoy the remainder of the trip - hiking and all! Thank you for fitting in a fur baby that was a perfect stranger to you and being so kind! We were in and out within 45 minutes!
