Brand Source Appliance Repair

Bought a brand new dishwasher at their appliance factory warehouse. It was leaking all over our wood floor warped some of our wood floor they came out and the guy said it needed a part so then we had to wait another week or 10 days came out and installed. The part said he needed another part now I’m waiting for the third schedule which is over a month from when we had our first visit, this is ridiculous. Don’t do business with these folks if you want your appliance working soon.

Purchased new appliances from Appliance Factory in September. Nearly 3 months later and our refrigerator and dishwasher are still not functioning properly. Brand Source has sent a number of install teams and repair techs over the past 80 days. They have tried replacing the refrigerator, damaging our home in multiple places delivering the second fridge. Problem with water dispensed ice maker is still not resolved. Same with dishwasher. Had not worked since initial install and they have not only been unable to fix it, they misdiagnosed the issue.
