The first time, we had a (different) disastrous company mutilate our pipes on a project and we were left without water. Big Apple Plumbing came in after hours, soldered the valve, and got us up and running. They had the supplies they needed and were efficient. A pleasure to work with. No fuss, no mess.

Had the good fortune to have Jason answer a call late on a Sunday night for a problem I was having. He was quick to get the situation assessed, and made an appointment for the following day.
He showed up, went right to the problem area, and got straight to work. He had it sorted out in about 15 minutes.
He offered me some preventative maintenance tips, advised self repairs where possible, and even shot the breeze with me while he worked and cleaned up.
Highly, highly recommend this company. Will absolutely be calling Jason and his team for any plumbing issues I have down the road.
