In the past I’ve discovered that, even though I want a simple straight-across trim (no layering) many stylists seem to be unable to accomplish this while only trimming off a couple of inches of hair. Mihan listened to my concerns and cut my hair to my specifications including taking the time needed to make sure any rogue, longer pieces were found and snipped. Very pleased with the results.“

“This location is amazing. I went to another location and not only did I wait for 2 hours, but the woman completely destroyed my hair. It was like a toddler went after me with scissors. I called this location to see if I could get it fixed. The Manager kindly explained to me that they don't normally do that since they are franchises, but would make an exception.
