I wanted the same pair of glasses I purchased the last time from America Best, but they are discontinued. The young lady working with me went out of her way to track a pair down in Arizona, after calling many places across the country. The best customer serves I have ever received in my life
Had a great experience at this location. Dr. Haskell accurately gets your prescription. At another location, I was given an inaccurate prescription. The staff at check out was friendly too.
I went into this location with my boyfriend for his appointment and we were just amazed with our whole experience. We were greeted from the very beginning and felt so welcomed. The store was very clean and the employees were friendly. Mariana specifically made the whole process a 10/10! She explained everything so throughly and made sure my bf was getting everything he needed on his glasses. The manager Josselin even checked in with us and made sure we were doing okay; she even helped my bf find frames that really suited him well. Overall, I highly recommend this America’s Best for all your eye care needs!
