So I have dropped in to some open mats, trained ranoris and taken classes with this group. I have always felt welcome, safe, learned something and had fun. An extra shout out to Coach Eric for always being so supportive, willing to break down things and complimentary also
This place has been amazing in all aspect of my life. The coaches are all amazing and they truly care about you, mentally and physically. They are giving me confidence, as a female, to feel safer in this crazy world.
The culture and technique at this gym are both top notch! The kids classes progress in a way that kids stay engaged and learn while having fun. This is an awesome school to develop your skills and make friends.
