“What’s not to love about Vail. Add in the spa and you are indulging in pure luxury. Not to be missed“
“Me and my mom went here for a girls day. Wonderful resort. Some of the best massages we ever had. Lots of amenities. The only thing I’d say about this place is they need better front desk staff. When we originally called to book the massages the lady was rude and annoyed when we were asking questions. We also had a 10am massage. They told us numerous times to be there 15 min early. And they didn’t open the doors until 10am… nobody was there to let us in early. If we had a 11am massage it would have been a different experience. The resort needs better planning & preparation on that.Other than that - we will be back. And everyone besides the front desk staff went above & beyond and exceeded expectations“
“I only have good things to say about Gravity Haus and Dryland Fitness. This review is specifically for Emily. She works at the front desk and contributes to great events! Her ability to handle difficult situations is unmatched. I witnessed her professionalism, patience and positive demeanor on multiple occasions. She’s wonderful!“
“Cute hotel, great staff and beautiful views. Very Swiss chalet like. Spa and pools were great“
“I had a great experience with Felix. During the massage he would give me advice on how and when to stretch depending on the tightness of my muscle. Highly recommend, specially for high pressure massages.
The spa locker room has a hot tub, sauna and steam room. Everything was very clean and I was able to enjoy my complimentary mango sorbet / champagne by the tub.“
“We were in Vail on a weekend trip, staying at the Hythe and I had the best massage of my life with Clint! I am someone has gotten massages 4-6 times per year for 20 years or so and this takes the cake. He had the right balance of skill and technique with understanding what my body needed. The pressure was absolutely perfect and such unique motions. Will be trying to find a way to get back for sure!“
