Me and my mom went here for a girls day. Wonderful resort. Some of the best massages we ever had. Lots of amenities.The only thing I’d say about this place is they need better front desk staff. When we originally called to book the massages the lady was rude and annoyed when we were asking questions.We also had a 10am massage. They told us numerous times to be there 15 min early. And they didn’t open the doors until 10am… nobody was there to let us in early. If we had a 11am massage it would have been a different experience. The resort needs better planning & preparation on that.Other than that - we will be back. And everyone besides the front desk staff went... read full review
Excellent experience!! My family had 2 couples massages and 2 facials and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Everything was perfect, including the helpful, cheerful staff, the incredible services, beautiful lounge areas and locker rooms and epic amenities. We will sooooo be back!
I have been to quite a few spas, but I had an absolutely amazing experience here. Susanne P is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. The amenities are lovely. The hot tub feels like a private cove and the steam room and sauna create the perfect relaxation ambience. I will definitely be back :)
