When I had pain and mobility issues limiting my ability to move and do the exercise I love, I was afraid I might need surgery. Dr. Steffen treated the issue by finding the root of where the pain and discomfort was stemming from and actively worked to remove all the adhesion and scar tissue that had built up to create the problem. I am so grateful to him that I am now living pain free and I didn't need surgery to get there. I can do what I love and am stronger now than before the injury.

I have had a variety of treatments on my knee after surgery., never working . DR Steffen was amazing with explaining the process he applies to deep tissue regeneration. Very knowledgeable of muscle work. Willing to listen to your body. After one treatment I felt a major difference. After 2 treatments I felt wonderful.
