I visited the showroom months ago and left copies of my plans. They never bothered to get me a quote! If service is that bad before the sale, I can only imagine how bad it would be after the sale if there was a problem!
another 1 star review.went by to request a small amount of stain - i needed to repair a small area of damage to a cabinet; Alpine had installed them when the house was built a few years ago and my puppy had damaged one.sadly it didn't work out. after waiting ten minutes with nobody acknowledging my presence (despite someone in the back office seeing me then looking away), not only was the gentleman who worked there rude, he was aggressive - to the point that he followed me out of the store to berate me and swear at me in the street.his demeanor was not just inappropriate and unprofessional, it was aggressive to the point i was concerned he was going to take a swing...read full review
another 1 star review. went by to request a small amount of stain - i needed to repair a small area of damage to a cabinet; Alpine had installed them when the house was built a few years ago and my puppy had damaged one. sadly it didnt work out. not only was the gentleman who worked there rude, he was aggressive - to the point that he followed me out of the store to berate me and swear at me in the street. his demeanor was not just inappropriate it was aggressive to the point i wondered if he was going to take a swing at me. i'll be polite and not include the words he actually used; let's just say they were insulting. in an effort to limit the risk of violence i kept my car door between us, yet he still got within striking distance. if i did that to someone in my office i'd expect to be fired on the spot. he clearly has issues with anger management and customer relations. if you need cabinets, i recommend considering all your options.
