His report included pictires, video, descriptions, and solutions. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain. Overall we were very satisfied with our experience.

Steve was great at helping me with my broken washer. He first tried helping me troubleshoot over the phone, but the problem continued, so I called him back to schedule an appointment to come out and look at my washer. Unfortunately my call for help was around the holiday, but Steve was able to get me in right after the holiday. Steve was kind, knowledgable and promptly fixed my washer. I would use Steve at Red Van Appliance Repair again and would recommend him for your appliance repairs!

This has been a long time coming- sorry Dr. Ken! I have to say that Dr. Ken has absolutely given my life back to me! My neck pain was debilitating. I tried everything, massage, chiropractor, pain killers. I did not want to have neck surgery which my family Dr. suggested. A friend told me about all the great things Dr. Ken did for them. I made the appointment and 5 treatments later my neck was felling great. It’s been 2 years later and my neck feels great!!! I can not thank you enough Dr. Ken! Bless you.

What an incredible experience! After 4+ months of having our home listed and not receiving any offers, I reached out to Luke to see if he would be open to taking on what I figured would be a very difficult task. From our first call he was able to identify what we needed to do to get back on track and built out a detailed game plan for us to put in place very quickly (staging, cleaners, photography, and more).
