    THEY DEMONSTRATED A LACK OF REGARD FOR ME, MY HEALTH, AND MY TIME--I scheduled my appointment a little over a month in advance. I should have noted the uncomfortable feeling I had when the rep told me they were not taking new patients. I explained I am not new to WHG and my prior doctor from the group left the practice. I had my second baby (now a toddler) a couple of years ago and life has been crazy. I haven't been able to get in until now. They had to get approval for me to be seen again. Ok fine.     Do not recommend this practice. They never answer their phones or constantly have phone issues. I've been shuffled between many providers due to high turn over rate, impacting quality of care.

    I would not recommend this clinic or Dr. Long. Terrible communication. On my very first visit about a year ago, I was told after 10 or 15 minutes that she needed to get to her next appt. I felt very rushed. I did not feel confident that my health was of any importance; she was mostly concerned about her next appt. Overbooked maybe? Decided to give it another chance since it is hard to find a doctor in network who also prescribes BHRT. I was notified that my lab results were ready...I had to make mutliple phone calls and left multiple message just to get to discuss some rather concerning lab results.
