Thank God I got a 2nd opinion from "To The T." Not only was Tucker my service Tech good at his job, but his customer service skills was above and beyond. I totally trusted him and did not feel like I was taken advantage of. He actually saved me over half price of what Applewood was trying to charge me. If I could put more stars I would! Toby was wonderful and went above and beyond educating me on my water heater. As a new home owner this stuff can be daunting, and he explained everything clearly and did not try to oversell or minimize my issue. I had my heater flushed and it was quick and painless (much easier than if I tried to tackle it myself). When I called, I was able to get scheduled quick and the customer service was top notch! Thanks again!

Woke up to a soaking wet bathroom floor - water was coming through the ceiling into my kitchen. Freaking out, I asked my friends if they could recommend a good plumber, and they recommended To the T Plumbing and Heating. Tucker was at my home within an hour and installed a new toilet - problem solved! He was truly awesome and I would highly recommend them! I am so happy to have finally found a plumber I can trust.
