My husband is working with Tiffany at the thornton location. We've been waiting for a call back from her since Monday. It's not like she doesn't have my husband's number. It's sad cause she seems to know what she's talking about but she has a hard time calling clients back.
I have worked with Denise twice now and each time she has been absolutely wonderful. She was very communicative and made the entire process easy. I didn't feel like she was trying to over sell me even once and she made a point to make me feel like I wasn't just another customer.The only reason I put four stars was the lack of communication with the lender I was going to use prior to requesting Denise.
