The staff was very friendly, the lady who helped us was excellent and what we liked most was that she spoke Spanish and explained and helped us with all our doubts and the tutor was very well explained.
Loosing both my Dad and mom 9 months apart was really hard and overwhelming.
Ashley and Gary were with us on both..Ashley was amazing both times carrying and was very easy to talk to understanding and did lots of follow up calls and texts to check in on us ? even afterwords. Garry was also amazing at the church and burial site. They both were very comforting and very supportive of out wants and needs. Kind and understanding A big thank you to all that was there for us?
Every part of our experience in dealing with Olinger Funeral, Cremation & Cemetery - Highland was incredible. My sister and I were always treated with kindness and respect. Patrick Atencio went above and beyond our expectations. He truly made us feel like we had family working at Olinger. Patrick took care of all the little details and would regularly check on us. He explained everything and made it as easy as possible. Absolutely would recommend for the best experience to remember and honor your loved ones. Thank you again Patrick, Mayra and staff. God bless!
