Mile High Karate has been amazing. We enrolled my 6 year old because he desperately needed some focus. In the last 6 months he has shown incredible changes. At the same time he absolutely loves being there and is incredibly proud of what he has accomplished. I think what I appreciate the most is that training isn't just a hobby for the instructors, it is a full time job. The teachers put so much time and dedication into their students. They focus on a curriculum with not only martial art skills but also practical life lessons and fundamentals directed at younger students that are also important reminders for all other students. So far Milehight Karate has been a great experience, my now 9 year old son has greatly improved his motor skills as well as his emotional management, the key is to trust the method in the end the results are very worth it.

The team at Mile High Karate in Thornton is First Rate. Their attention to detail and positive feedback really helped our child embrace the core principles of the program. The sense of community we experienced was a pleasant surprise and something we’ve only found a few places in the Denver metro area. I’d highly recommend anyone considering martial arts look closely at Mile High Karate!
