I had been smelling an odd gas, exhaust, burnt rubbery smell for a while and had a different company out that said everything was fine. After many months of constant headaches and frequent dizziness I decided to give Marky Mark’s a call. They were out within an hour of me calling due to concerns of carbon monoxide. Turns out my furnace had been leaking carbon monoxide this whole time. Marky Marks just happened to be the ones that found it and therefore got my business when they said my furnace was no longer safe to use due to a cracked heat exchanger. We needed a new water heater so I called Marky Mark’s. I was quoted a price over the phone and it was comparable to other quotes. Ethan and Mike R came out in 2 days to do the work. They were very friendly and professional. The next day I noticed a water leak coming from the hot water line on the tank. I called and Mike R arrived in about an hour. The leak was coming from a section of pipe above where they replaced the hose to the tank. Mike R fixed the leak and didn’t charge an additional fee. I am very satisfied with this company and recommend it to anyone who needs a new water heater.Service: Water heater installation
