We had a flood caused by a broken pipe and made the mistake of initially calling another contractor. Jim Black Construction came to our rescue and mitigated the damage caused by the flood and the original contractor. The team was very responsive, ethical, and thorough. The price was reasonable and the service and results were exceptional! I will recommend them to anyone having the misfortune of a flood.

We had an unexpected basement bedroom pipe burst and insurance sent out the Jim Black team. We were so impressed with each individual who worked on our repair. Each person was very professional, knew their role and were gifted trades people. I'm certain they sent out their A list crew! Not hoping for another home repair but if we do I know where to go. Thanks to the Jim Black team for being communicative and champs at their jobs. The overall product shows their investment in our home. I'd definitely recommend!
