This is a fantastic team. I worked primarily w/ Paul but also Michael and Amanda. I sought out PT for some low back pain from running & weight lifting. Through the therapy & exercises they gave me, my pain is now largely resolved & I'm back to working out stronger than ever. They are patient & kind & take the time to provide truly individualized care. Highly recommend.
Dr. Ian is amazing. After not being able to use my left arm due to arthritis, he got me to 90-95% use after about 3 months. I literally thought I would never get full mobility out of my arm.If you need Physical Therapy, I cannot recommend Dr Ian Nay enough!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They truly care about understanding their patient’s unique needs and coming up with a personalized treatment plan. This is the first time I’ve looked forward to going to PT appointments!
