Kia and Eric were prompt and professional! They both wore masks and protected my home with booties. They had to stay late to finish the job and did so with a smile! I chose Impact, because the project manager, Ryan, made me feel valued and listened to all of my concerns. The install team, Kia and Eric, also made me feel valued as a customer! Thank you Impact!
I highly recommend Impact H&C. They are friendly, informative, open to questions, efficient and thorough. Based on my experience, I have signed up for semi-annual checkups. I will absolutely call Impact again for any HVAC, electrical, and plumbing problems I have.
