I have worked with Grace, specifically Margaret as my property manager, for over 5 years. They have been extremely helpful in their management of my property. They are also big on learning as the owner publishes statements on new laws and other information on the property management business.
Working with Marc has not only been a pleasure, but invaluable. When we decided to improve everything in our PM business we shopped around and chose Marc to work with as a coach. He not only has loads of experience and is effective at coaching and teaching, but he is generous and aligned with our values. We recommend working with Marc and if you are an owner/investor in his market, you're lucky to have the opportunity to work with Marc and his team as PMs.
