I was able to get a next day appointment and the staff was friendly. The only reason I didn't give five stars is the slightly unfinished look of my pups. They did a really good job and I'm not dissatisfied, but there was some room for improvement. I appreciate how kind they were towards me and especially my pups, though! I'll return!

Our dogs have been going to Luana for their whole lives and she does an amazing job. She's patient and works well with all of our animals. She is busy but it is always worth the wait to get them in. I wouldn't want anyone else grooming our pets.

I love this place. I have a 13 year old Shiba Inu & a 5 year old German Shepherd with anxiety. I lightly sedate both my dogs before bringing them in. The staff is aware ahead of time of my dogs' special needs, and they do take special care with them. I don't understand the negative comments by some. Just communicate what you need ahead of time. They are booked out pretty far, but IMO it's due in part because they are great groomers. Thank you for taking excellent care of my high maintenance pups!!
