I have never met an optomistrist who cares so much about their patient. He goes over my test results with a very detailed explanation, in a way that anyone could understand what otherwise may be confusing. He showed me a detailed digital photo of the back of my eye and was able to explain what all the blood vessels and other details meant as to my vision and health. Wow! I'm glad to have such an medical expert looking out for me, and explaining what's going on. His level of expertise combined with his clear compassion in explaining the details makes Dr. Swindell the best choice for me.
My family and I had a great experience at LensCrafters in Thornton. I arrived with my parents for my own eye exam, and my dad had just recently lost a nosepad from his glasses. While waiting, the staff kindly repaired his glasses at no charge. The exam was quick, easy, and painless, and Dr. Anderson was lovely to speak with in regards to my eye health. Kari was so patient with me as she helped me pick out a pair of glasses; she could tell quickly what worked and didn't work on my face, and also explained the different options available with my prescription. I would highly recommend returning to this location!
I developed a scary eye condition, which greatly concerned me, while I was out of town. Dr. Douglas Swindell was able to make time for a special examination the next day at his office. With his skills and equipment he was able to determine what was gong on. Using his model of the human eye and normal (simple) words, Dr Swindell was able to effectively explain my condition to me. He informed me what I needed to do with his claiming compassion. His staff is friendly and does a great job, but is Dr. Douglas Swindell who is The Super Eye Doctor. He is my doctor forever.
