“Late on a Sunday afternoon- a half hour before closing we called with an emergency. A gallon of paint spilled in the backseat floor of our truck. We had exhausted what we could clean ourselves. Knowing it was close to closing time the owners drove and met us at the shop. They cleaned it to looking like new. Didn't up-charge us for work outside of hours. They saved our 90K truck.
