Y’all- if you’re not sure which electrician you can trust, believe me 1st Due will take every worry away! I contacted them to have 2 ceiling fans wired and installed. Max responded quickly and offered a preliminary estimate over Facebook Messenger. I scheduled him to come out to give a more accurate estimate a few days later. The company sends text messages when they are on the way, which I super appreciate. He was scheduled between 7:45 and 8:45am, and he showed up at 7:44! He was professional during the walkthrough, gave a few options on what we could do in terms on dimmer switches, and emailed an official estimate. On the scheduled work day, 1st Due sent a text when Max was on his way and once again he was ahead of schedule, arriving 4 minutes before 7am! Wow! This in itself is a gift from the remodel gods! Max came in, set up tarps to protect from dust, and got right to work. He measured a few practical spots for the fan to go since my room is oddly shaped. I appreciate having the options laid out for me. It wasn’t long before he was in the attic running wire, cutting holes, and installing junctions. Lickity split, before I knew it he was done! One ceiling is vaulted and requires a down rod, which he installed flawlessly. The other ceiling is flat and was also installed perfectly! I also appreciate his honesty in that we had arranged to have dimmer switches installed but I unknowingly bought fans with dimmers on the remote, and when he realized he took the cost of the switches off the estimate because they weren’t needed. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate one bit hiring 1st Due for your project! Professional, honest, considerate, courteous, and thorough. I already have my next project in mind! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
