Chris the service technician was outstanding; friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about all things plumbing related. He and Wesley his assistant were able to quickly diagnose and fix both our toilet and shower drains which were clogged, with detailed explanations and even drainpipe videos to show what they'd done.Thanks to this great experience with Chris I plan to hire Controlled Hydronics again to replace an old toilet and for a future full bathroom remodel. Our hydronic heating system's boiler was locked out and we had no radiant floor heat the first week of January. Called CH, spoke with a very friendly customer service rep who forwarded their service agreement. An hour later received a text from Joe, our technician, who indicated he would be over before 3:30. Arrived early, was very familiar with our Lochinvar boiler. Performed some diagnostics and after an hour or so of very conscientious work was able to adjust the boiler's gas valve and get our system functioning.
