“Our CO cabin was in dire need of exterior stain. Our previous painting contractor had retired unbeknownst to us and we were desperate to find another. He suggested Grand Services. I called in August and Steve Olsen responded immediately and told us he could stain our house “at the end of the season”. He and his crew started the project just one month later and the results are simply TERRIFIC! Because of the harsh CO climate, the state requires a stain different than that previously applied. Color, then, was the issue as our home state is located 1000 miles away. After numerous phone calls , texts, and pictures, Steve proved to be a master in that department as well as his patience with me and my demands.We simply could not be more pleased with him and his crew.
