When I entered the Target Optical in Superior, CO, the young lady, Aspen, was swamped w/ Christmas shopping customers, (as she was the only person available in the store), she was very polite and professional in her demeanor and informed me she would address my glasses issue asap she did a magnificent job in spite of the chaos she was experiencing well done Aspen!!!!

11/01/24 Aspen at Target Optical- Superior was amazing. I asked if she could adjust my glasses (they very loose on my head) and she happily fixed them to fit great! Thank you Aspen?

Gabby greeted me pleasantly and professionally to get my new eyeglasses. When my glasses came in, Aspen found they could not pass her inspection and was having them re-made. I live 45 miles from the store and I checked in when I was in town anyway but the glasses had not come back in yet. Before I headed for home, the re-made glasses came in and Aspen used multiple methods to catch me before I got back on the road. I only had to backtrack about 10 miles to get my new glasses and start seeing better again. I am happy with the service I got from both Aspen and Gabby. And, I really like my new glasses.
