“My husband was a walk-in and really needed a haircut and his beard trimmed/shaped. He had been putting it off for a while due to unsatisfied services from previous barbers. He sat down and explained what he wanted and needed. The barber actively listened and provided the service he wanted. The barber actually asked before performing any services- because he may have not mentioned or left out not wanting his mustache trimmed for example. FINALLY!!!! He listens to your concerns and works with you to achieve the right cut for you. Carlos is highly skilled and can easily individualize styles.
