We hired Driftwood Accounting to manage our business state and federal requirements.They said if they ever made a mistake on taxes - we would still owe the taxes but they would cover any penalties or interest due. They lied - we have been audited by the State twice both times Driftwood errors were found. I contacted Driftwood to pay the penalties and interest but they refused and stopped corresponding with us. Don’t trust them to do taxes correctly or to keep their word about paying penalties and interest when they error. I would give them a negative rating but Google won’t let me.

I paid to have my taxes done here clear back in April of this year. My taxes were never submitted and I did not find out until August at which point I contacted the business many times and I got no response, in addition the main phone number had been disconnected so I had to hunt down a phone number that would go through only to find the voice mailbox was full. The issue was never addressed and I am out 110$ for a service I paid for but never received. Go somewhere else for your taxes.

I trusted them to do bookkeeping and accounting work and they didn't finish the job but wanted to be paid. The work was not complete and they left me high and dry and didn't care that I wasn't satidmsfied. I am so disappointed that I had to hire another Professional to compete the work and provide an accurate P&L. I paid for the work unfortunately not knowing how incomplete it was.
